Ferienprogramm: Ringe schmieden für Kinder im Salzburger Freilichtmuseum

Program:

Together with master goldsmith Bettina Pilz, children will create their own silver ring.

During the workshop, they will learn the basic techniques of goldsmithing. First, the correct ring size is determined, then the silver is cut to the required length, shaped into a circle, and soldered together.

Next, the ring is filed and rounded with a hammer, before being forged into its final shape.

Afterwards, the children can let their creativity run free by decorating their rings with beads and glitter stones or designing a unique pattern to be engraved onto the ring.

At the end, each child can take home their own individual handmade ring.

Cost:
€30.00 per child, plus applicable admission fee
