They want to say: follow the feeling, close your eyes.
A slow nod.
Cheeks glowing, the mouth already full of music.

And we have set wine varieties to music.

REBENERZÄHLUNGEN offers an insight into the Austrian wine landscape.
In nine compositions, nine typical grape varieties are artistically portrayed.

Each wine has its own personality, its own temperament, its own state of mind.
Inspired by an intensive exploration of the essence of the wines being interpreted, their individual characteristics are reflected in the compositions.

The two musicians compose the music, while the author writes a poetic description for each wine, portraying the different varieties as human characters.
Texts flow into the music of the two musicians just as performative elements do.
Music, text, and movement alike are based on the almost human traits of the respective grape varieties.

At the event REBENERZÄHLUNGEN, members of the Kulturkreis Großgmain receive one bottle of wine per ticket as a gift.
