Artisan Bread Baking Workshop

Learn the craft of traditional bread baking – explore different types of flour, grain varieties, and spices. Get hands-on experience with sourdough, fermentation times, crust and crumb, and bake your own bread in a wood-fired oven.

Please bring an apron, a container for your bread, and a jar for sourdough starter.

Workshop leaders: Johann Kleiner and Elisabeth Kramps, Kaspergut Feldkirchen.
As a trained baker, Johann Kleiner has extensive knowledge of the specific requirements of sourdough bread.

Participants will also receive practical tips for baking sourdough bread at home using a conventional electric oven.
